Booking FAQ’s

The simplest and quickest way to change any aspect of your booking is to to click on the relevant link in your confirmation e-mail. Which would would have received when you made the booking

Failing this you will need to contact our helpline at 0871 360 2738 Our helpline advisor's will need to confirm you identity and will then be able to make that change for you.

We are obviously sorry to see you go, If there is any aspect of our booking that was not up to your standards then please let us know.

Upon booking you will be offered a cancellation waiver for 99p - if you pay this small amount then cancelling is no problem, as long as you give us 24 hours' notice.

The only exception to this rule is Silver Zone Non-Flexible at Bristol airport. With this option you won't be able to change or cancel your booking, but in return you'll get a special discounted price.

The simplest way to cancel the booking is via the conformation e-mail that you received when you booked with us. Please remember to cancel the booking you would need your booking reference number.

Many people don't realise that you can end up paying double the price if you don't pre-book.

For example, at Bristol airport you can pay up to £64 for eight days' parking without pre-booking. But if you book through us before you travel, you will pay as little as £33.99.

It's also a myth that it's more convenient to pay when you get there - our simple online procedure makes pre-booking just as quick and easy.

Arriving on the day would mean you will have to wait in a que to actually get a booking, and then take your car to a chosen car park. If you are planning on booking on the day, we would recommend you leave your home an hour earlier then you would normally.

Depending on the day of your travel (Friday, Sunday and Monday's are usually very busy) you can add an extra hour.
