1) There should be a link in the confirmation e-mail that you received. This link will enable you to manage/alter your booking. You will be able to change the details of your car and flights there.

2) You can give us a call on 0871 360 2738 and our staff will be able to do this for you.

This is common with certain mail applications and ISP's. In most cases the confirmation e-mail is actually in you Junk folder.

The first step will be to check your spam/junk folder. If you have checked there and still have not received your booking within 12 hours, then please contact 0871 360 2738
